Beginning Teacher Programs for Charter Schools

ESOL Program Enrollment Request Form

In order to assist charter school teachers with tracking of their ESOL coursework and verification of their completion of the ESOL Endorsement Program, we need to identify those charter school teachers who are attempting to earn this endorsement.  Currently we do not have this information for charter teachers and PeopleSoft ELM requires us to identify them to track their completion.  Charter school teachers working on earning the ESOL Endorsement need to complete the above form to be enrolled in the 300-hour ESOL Endorsement program.  This will allow the teacher to monitor progress towards completion in ELM and will allow us to provide them with a verification letter after completion of their final class in the program.

Inservice History Status Update
The majority of charter school employees can now review their previous inservice history that has been maintained by SDLC and was converted to ELM.  Charter school employees who were previously employed by SDLC as an employee or substitute are not yet corrected, and that information should be available soon.   (Updated 2/18/2010)

E-mail Accounts
The PeopleSoft ELM system does not provide the ability to send e-mail to addresses other than those in the District; therefore, you will need to monitor your SDLC District e-mail account to receive PeopleSoft ELM e-mail notifications including online course instructions, required course evaluation deadlines, and course changes/cancellations.

To access your SDLC e-mail account simply log into Webmail at https://webmail.leeschools.net by entering your Username and Password (the same credentials you were provided to log into PeopleSoft).  You can then view e-mail notifications sent to you regarding PeopleSoft ELM courses.

Please be sure to check this e-mail account regularly.
